Marketing firm takes 25,000sf at 100 Walnut Ave. in Clark, NJ - Arista Marketing Associates leases 25,000 square feet in Clark, New Jersey

Cali Associates has leased approximately 25,000 square feet of office space to Arista Marketing Associates, Inc. at Cali Corporate Center in Clark, announced John J. Cali, a founding partner of Cali Associates.

Arista Marketing Associates is a nationally recognized medical marketing firm with a wide array of clients in the pharmaceutical industry. Arista is privately-owned, and has over 300 employees.

The marketing firm plans to use the space on the fourth floor of the building as its headquarters and marketing center and will be relocating from another building in Clark during June of 1992.

Loretta Brodsky, Cali Associates' Director of Marketing, negotiated the long term with Bill McNamara of Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey, who represented Arista Marketing in the transaction.

Located at 100 Walnut Avenue in Clark, New Jersey, Cali Corporate Center is a six-story, 182,555 square foot office building.
