Two-floor sublease arranged by ESG - Edward S. Gordon Company Inc

In an important .sublet transaction brokered by the Edward S. Gordon Company, Inc. (ESG), the law firm of Ross & Hardies has leased two full floors comprising 25,642 square feet of office space at 65 East 55th Street in Manhattan, announced Stephen B. Siegel, ESG's president.
The firm, which was headquartered at 529 Fifth Avenue, leased the entire 30th and 31st floors of the Midtown tower from Dai-Ichi Seimei America Corporation.
ESG's Robert B. Emden and Franklin S. Zuckerbrot represented Ross & Hardies in the six-year sublet transaction.
