The building located at 149 East 57th Street has been net leased according to a report from Robert A. Knakal, managing director, Massey Knakal Realty Services, Inc.
The property, which was formerly the home of The Magic Pan restaurant, is 25 feet wide and contains a total of more than 5,000 square feet on its three stories. Another restaurateur will utilize the building in its entirety which is in need of substantial renovation.
Mark Massey exclusively represented the landlord. The tenant in this transaction was represented by the Friedland Group, Inc.
