Barry Poskanzer, AIA, Architect/Planner of Ridgewood, New Jersey, has designed the first two buildings at The Office Court of Mountain Lake. Owned by a New Jersey partnership managed by The Kwartler Companies of Waldwick, New Jersey, the 26-acre property will include up to 14 single-story professional buildings totalling approximately 104.100 square feet.
The buildings will feature 6,900 and 7,300 square feet each and are being designed to permit flexible marketing for sale or lease.
Situated on Route 46 in Mountain Lakes, New Jersey, the site has approximately 1,000 feet of highway frontage and is within 1.5 miles of Routes 80 and 202, 2.5 miles from Route 287 and easily accessible from Route 10
