New Spectrum closes retail deals

New Spectrum Realty Services, Inc. announces a number of retail leases.

Whole Foods, the SoHo-based health food emporium, has leased a 3,000square-foot store at 2421 Broadway, on the corner of 89th Street, for a West Side market. The long term lease at an aggregate rent of under $4 million was negotiated by Howard Aaron of New Spectrum Realty Services, Inc.

In another transaction, Living Well Lady, the Dallas, Texas- based fitness chain with approximately 65 health clubs currently in operation, has leased approximately 7,500 square feet at 2122 White Plains Road in the Bronx. The long term lease at an aggregate rent of approximately $2 million was negotiated by New Spectrum's Robert Pfund. Also, Diego Delle Valle, the MilanItaly, based shoe designer, has a l,000-square-foot store at 41 East 57th Street at Madison Avenue for its second New York location. The long term lease at an undisclosed rent was negotiated by Gary Alterman, executive vice president of New Spectrum Realty Services, Inc.

And, Kinkos Copy Center, the California-based retailer with more than 600 stores throughout the United States, has leased a 4,500 square foot store at 16 East 52nd Street off of Madison Avenue for a full service midtown facility. The long term lease at an undisclosed rent was negotiated by Carole Greene, vice president, and Benjamin Fox, executive vice president of New Spectrum Realty Services, Inc. Steven Pressler of Promenade Realty Co. represented the landlord.
