Barhite & Holzinger Inc. of Bronxville, New York, a full service real estate company specializing in condominium and cooperative building management, has automated with a system from Integrated Business Systems (IBS) of Cedar Grove, New Jersey, announced John Holzinger, Jr., president.
The complete turnkey package includes installation, training, hardware and post-installation support. More than 1,200 programs address every task connected with property management. including accounting and sophisticated report generation with advanced graphics capabilities. Founded in 1935, Barhite & Holzinger manages buildings throughout Westchester County.
The IBS system features FINPAK, an option designed specifically for residential cooperative and condominium management companies. A financial packet generator, FINPAK allows the user to automatically produce collated reports in sophisticated graphic formats with a uniform appearance.
