250 West 26th Street sold for $1.3M by Furriers Union - loft building sold in New York, New York by Furriers Joint Council of New York for $1.3 million

Eastern Consolidated Properties, Inc. announces the sale of 250 West 26th Street in Manhattan. This four-story 40,000 square foot loft building is located between Seventh and Eighth Avenues across from The Fashion Institute of Technology. It was previously, owned and partially occupied by Local 174, The Furriers Joint Council of New York, who moved into new headquarters at 540 West 48th Street.

Brian Ezratty, senior vice president and Ronda Rogovin, vice president of Eastern Consolidated Properties, Inc. represented the purchaser in this transaction The Furriers Union was represented by Orin Portnoy.

The property was sold for $1.43 million. Plans are not yet settled for the use of the ground floor and finished basement that was occupied by the union. The balance of the space in the building is occupied and finished as offices. The property features 85 feet of frontage and 8,500-foot floors.
