Integrated Resources renews major lease
Real Estate Weekly, July 7, 1993
Integrated Resources, a diversified Financial services firm, signed a lease renewal for 85,000 square feet of office space at 10 Union Square East, New York, New York. The firm occupies space on floors two, three and five in the building.
Ira Schuman, senior vice president in the midtown New York office of Julien J. Studley, Inc., represented the tenant in the transaction. The ownership, Equitable Real Estate Investment Management, Inc., was represented by Zeckendorf.
According to Schuman, "This transaction is typical of today's lease renewals, which benefit both parties involved in the negotiation. The tenant reduces its rent expenses, while the landlord locks-in rent streams."
