W.R. Grace assignment completed

As exclusive agent for the W.R. Grace & Company's former corporate headquarters at 1114 Avenue of the Americas, Abrams Benisch Riker, Inc./Colliers International (ABR) has leased 75,000 square feet - encompassing the 45th, 46th and 47th floors - to the law firm Kronish, Lieb, Weiner & Hellman.

Riker also reported that the Kronish, Lieb transaction completed the leasing of the building's tower floors, with only 40,000 square feet--the entire 5th floor--of the original 320,000 square foot sublease remaining. Grace relocated from its Avenue of the Americas headquarters last year to Boca Raton, Florida.
