New lease at 1150 Raritan Rd

Ferrara Associates has signed a six-year lease for 7,700 square feet at 1150
Raritan Road in Cranford, New Jersey, it was announced by Rick Cambron, vice president of The Vizzoni Group. The Vizzoni Group was represented in the lease transaction by Rick Cambrom and Henry Steinbock of Steinbock, Capon & Leff from Livingston, exclusive brokers for the building. Ferrara was represented by Steve Schultz of The Schultz Organization in West Long Branch. New Jersey.
Ferrara Associates are general agents representing Guardian Life Insurance and will use their new Cranford location as their main headquarters. The company consolidated two offices in Middletown and Millburn and will relocate approximately 35-40 employees to the Cranford site.
1150 Raritan Road, built in 1984, is a 26,000-square-foot, two-story office building.
