Raven Press expands lease

Raven Press has signed a 10-year lease for approximately 38,000 square feet of office space at 1185 Avenue of the Americas, New York. The publisher of medical journals restructured and extended its lease for the entire 37th floor, encompassing 26,400 square feet, and signed for an additional 11,440 square feet of office space on the 36th floor. Rights to expand into the balance of the 36th floor were also negotiated.
Mitchell S. Steir, senior managing director, David J. Goldstein, associate, and Matthew Barlow, assistant director, of the New York office of Julien J. Studley, Inc. represented Raven Press in the transaction.
