C&W team negotiates leases

Cushman & Wakefield's Jerry Richter and Bradford C. Fenlon have negotiated two separate transactions in Middlesex County totalling over 27,000 square feet of space.
In a move from Cranford, New Jersey, CAP Gemini America, Inc. signed a six-year lease for 11,500 square feet of space in Metro Top Plaza located in Woodbridge, New Jersey. The computer consulting firm will be occupying the first floor of the complex, and plans to use the space as executive offices, according the Richter, senior director, and Fenlon, associate director, the C&W brokerage team that represented the tenant.
Atlantic Realty Development Corporation, the building owner, was represented in the transaction by JGT Senior Vice President Robert Dinner.
In the second transaction, Legal Services of New Jersey signed a long term lease agreement to move their executive office from New Brunswick, New Jersey to 15,500 square feet at Edison, New Jersey's Metroplex Corporate Center 1. Doug Twyman, assistant vice president, and Mary Reilly of David T. Houston, Co. represented Legal Services of New Jersey in the transaction.
Cushman & Wakefield is the exclusive leasing agent for the Metroplex Corporate Center 1.
