New tenant at 810 7th

Grand Charter Group, Inc., a holding company, has leased 20,500 square feet at 810 Seventh Avenue in a deal arranged by Newmark Real Estate Services, Inc., announced Barry Gosin, the firm's president.
Grand Charter Group, which will relocate from One Exchange Plaza, is more than doubling in size to occupy the entire 9th floor at 810 Seventh Avenue. Grand Charter Group's principal subsidiary Prime Charter Ltd., an investment banking and brokerage firm, plans a high-tech installation for its space, including the use of raised floors throughout to accommodate its sophisticated telecommunication systems.
The 12.5-year deal has an aggregate value of more than $7.7 million.
Grand Charter Group was represented by Newmark Directors Corey J. Abdo and William Mendelson in this transaction. Williams Real Estate's Bob Carmel and Audrey Novoa represented the landlord.
