Health-related tenant signs leases

Arthur Draznin, president of Harper-Lawrence Inc. announced that Healthscope\United Inc. has leased approximately 12,000 square feet at 345 Hudson Street for a 10-year term. Healthscope\United Inc. will manage Medicaid and related health care services for various hospital networks.
In addition, Healthscope\United Inc. has leased approximately 3,200 square feet at 26 Court Street in Brooklyn. The Brooklyn office will administer the program set-up for Catholic Medical Center of Brooklyn & Queens, Inc.
Barry Goodman and Mark Furst of Harper-Lawrence Inc. were the brokers in these transactions. Frank LePera of Trinity Real Estate represented Trinity Church, in the 345 Hudson Street transaction. Their aggregate value is approximately $2.3 million.
