The Yarmouth Group, Inc., New York-based real estate investment advisor, has announced the appointments of five senior executives at the firm.
Robert C. Little, has been appointed senior vice president/retail development and project management in The Yarmouth Group's Los Angeles office. Little will oversee the firm's retail development projects, including expansions, remodelings and rehabilitations, on a nationwide basis. He has 22 years of experience in regional shopping center activities, including previous senior level positions at May Centers, JMB/Urban and Irvine Companies. Thomas S. Foster (photo), has been appointed senior vice president/marketing in The Yarmouth Group's New York office. Foster will have responsibility to market the firm's real estate investment advisor services to pension funds and other institutions in the eastern half of the United States. Prior to joining The Yarmouth Group he was a managing director of JMB Institutional Realty in Chicago. Daniel MacEachron (photo), has joined The Yarmouth Group as senior -vice president in the office asset management group. Based in New York City, he has taken responsibility for office asset management activities in he Northeast U.S. MacEachron's previous experience includes development, project management and finance positions at BPT Properties (New York), First Boston Corporation and Gerald D. Hines Interests.
