Tunis of the Peregrine White Company, Inc. in this transaction, terms of which were not disclosed. The landlord was represented by ZeckendorF Realty, L.P. The Offices at ZeckendorF Towers, a five-story building completed in 1987, has 200,000 square feet of fully built-out office space available for immediate occupancy.
