MacMillan/McGraw-Hill School Publishing Company has leased an additional 46,500 square feet at 10 Union Square East, the offices at ZeckendorF Towers. The company, a publisher in the educational field, has been leasing, space at the property since 1991. The tenant was represented by William D. Farrell of Rubloff and Robert T.
Tunis of the Peregrine White Company, Inc. in this transaction, terms of which were not disclosed. The landlord was represented by ZeckendorF Realty, L.P. COMPASS Management and Leasing, Inc., serves as the building's managing agent. The Offices at ZeckendorF Towers, a five-story building completed in 1987, has 200,000 square feet of fully built-out office space available for immediate occupancy.
