Allendale Associates - leases commercial space in Allendale, New Jersey

Allendale Associates, developers of Allendale Corporate Center, have announced that XENERGY, Inc., headquartered in Burlington, Massachusetts, has leased the remaining 30,327 squarefeet at 50 Commerce Drive, a 44,070 square-foot building at the high tech office complex in New Jersey.

The multi-year lease represents a landmark for Allendale Corporate Center, which has now achieved 100 percent occupancy at four of its five existing flexible, multi-tenant buildings. The fifth, and newest, building, 110 Commerce Drive, has only 15,000 square-feet remaining. When completed, the complex will be comprised of eight buildings totaling 550,000 squarefeet.

XENERGY, which assumed occupancy in May, is an international energy management and consulting firm with 22 regional and satellite locations throughout the United States and Canada. In 1991 alone, the company doubled in size, presenting the need tbr a larger facility in the mid-Atlantic region.
