Summit Associates - leases commercial space in Edison, New Jersey

Summit Associates announced the four subsidiary companies of 70 Newfield Realty Corp. have signed a joint lease for over 57,000 square-feet of space at 70 Newfield Avenue at Raritan Center in Edison, New Jersey.
70 Newfield Avenue Realty Corp., the parent company for Georgio A mani, Traffic Sportswear, Tony Lam bert Co. and Major Damage, signed the long term lease for the space in the 115,653 square-foot distribution facilty, according to Frank Monetti, Summit Associates' Manager of Real Estate Steve Bussel of Bussel Realty represented the tenant in the transaction.
