Sotheby's selects affiliate

Slifer, Smith & Frampton, Inc. of Vail, Colorado, has been selected as Sotheby's International Realty's new exclusive affiliate for the greater Vail area. This announcement comes from Stuart N. Siegel, president and managing director of Sotheby's International Realty.

Slifer, Smith & Frampton is the Vail Valley's largest brokerage company. In 1992, the firm registered record sales of $140 million, a number that is projected to rise to $175 million in 1993.

With six office locations and 33 sales associates, Slifer, Smith & Frampton will continue to operate as an independent real estate brokerage concern. In addition, they will also act as Sotheby's International Realty's exclusive representative in the Vail Valley area, including Beaver Creek Resort, Vail Village and Cordillera.

Each property listed with Slifer, Smith & Frampton and Sotheby's will benefit from a comprehensive, individualized international marketing and brokerage program.
