Law firm signs in Midtown

A law firm has signed a new lease in midtown Manhattan.
Schreiber, Simmons, MacKnight & Tweedy, a New York-based firm, has leased 17,770 square feet at 520 Madison Avenue. The firm will relocate in October 1993 from 9 west 57th Street.
Founded in New York in 1991, Schreiber, Simmons, MacKnight & Tweedy provides comprehensive legal services to a broad range of domestic and international clients, including public and private corporations, banks and other financial institutions, shipping companies, insurance, publishing, government entities, trade organizations and individuals.
Franklin Speyer and John Peters represented Schreiber, Simmons, MacKnight & Tweedy in lease negotiations. Tishman Speyer Properties represented the building's ownership. Nicholas Pellegrini, Esq., and Robert Nash, Esq. of Schulte, Roth & Zabel, were counsel to the building's ownership. Group Ill, Inc., an interior design and planning firm, is providing architectural services to Schreiber, Simmons.
