American Landmark named manager - American Landmark Management Corp. to manage Two Sutton Placed South in New York, New York

American Landmark Management Corp. has been named managing agent of Two Sutton Place South, reports Oskar Brecher, managing director of the firm.

Built in 1938, the 21-story, 129-unit co-op is located in the elite Sutton Place area of Manhattan.

American Landmark's Edward Coleman, executive vice president for property management, and John Fallon, senior account executive, will manage the building. The firm now manages about 4,600 units throughout New York City.
