Hilton negotiates NJ lease - Joseph Hilton and Associates Inc. sign Merrill Lynch, Pierce Fenner & Smith Inc. to ten-year lease for The Towne Centre of Red Bank on Broad Street in Rahway, New Jersey

Merrill Lynch, Pierce Fenner & Smith Inc. has signed a 10-year lease for 14,506 square feet in The Towne Centre of Red Bank on Board Street. The announcement was made by Joseph Hilton & Associates (JH&A), exclusive broker and agent in the transaction.

The space will be used for a branch office and represents a relocation and expansion by more than 6,400 square feet.

Approximately 70 employees will be located at the new office headed by Larry Roberts, branch manager.

Scott Clark and Douglas Roberts of JH&A's Parsippany office represented Merrill Lynch, Pierce Fenner & Smith Inc. in the transaction. Skok Little, esquire, served as attorney for Merrill Lynch and attorney Jay Herman represented the ownership, RCH Investments.

The Towne Center of Red Bank was recently renovated substantially including installation of underground parking. Mancini Duffy was the designer for the new space. 205 West Milton Avenue. Rahway, New Jersey 07065-3203.

According to Clark, the recent renovations and excellent parking facilities were two of the reasons the company chose this location.
