Conversion closes at 71 Park - Sterling Equities Inc. completes condominium conversion 71 Park Avenue in Manhattan, New York, New York

Sterling Equities, Inc., the sponsor of a residential condominium conversion at 71 Park Avenue in the Murray Hill section of Manhattan, has announced that the conversion transaction has closed and that the first 11 units in the building have been sold.

Total value of the sales announ is more than $1.9 million, the sponsor said.

The condominium consists of 43 residential apartments, three of which are currently for sale, and four professional office suites and is located on the east side of Park Avenue between 38th and 39th streets. The 13-story building is in the heart of Murray Hill and features apartments ranging in size from 400 to 2,162 square feet, some of which have terraces.

Knott Harbor Corp. of Great Neck, New York has been named the condo's selling agent.
