77 River Street sold - Antonicello and Company Inc. sell Historic 77 River Street in Hoboken, New Jersey

Robert P. Antonicello, president of Antonicello & Company, Inc. announce the sale of Historic 77 River Street, Hoboken, New Jersey, a 28-unit landmark mixed-use building.

77 River Street, located at the corner of River Street and Hudson Place, also known as 24 Hudson Place, was originally the Hoboken Second National Bank building.

Over the years, 77 River Street was home to a number of businesses in Hoboken and was the largest commercial building in Hoboken. It was renovated by Elysian Financial Services Corp., a subsidiary of Elysian Federal Savings Bank. The Resolution Trust Corporation acquired 77 River Street when they took control of Elysian Federal Savings Bank.

A.C.I. represented the Resolution Trust Corporation (R.T.C.) in the sale of the asset. Bill Smith of Cup-Tag & Villegas represented the buyer.
