First lease under new management - Fund American Enterprises Inc. leases 777 Westchester Avenue in New York, New York from Aldrich, Eastman and Waltch Inc

In the first list signed at 777 Westchester Avenue since Aldrich Eastman & Waltch took management of the property, CB Commercial has announced the lease of 11,465 square feet by Fund American Enterprises, Inc.

The firm chose 777 Westchester Avenue at the conclusion of a site search through much of Westchester and Fairfield, and will relocate its headquarters to the building from former offices in Purchase.

Kevin McCall, of Aldrich Eastman & Waltch, said a "dramatically revised lease" authored by his firm is part of the shift in approach at the Westchester Avenue property.
