Allan Riley Investments has acquired the southeast comer of 52nd Street and First Avenue from the previous owner of 40 years. The property fronts 50 feet on First Avenue and contains five stores with 18 apartments. The building contains approximately 35,000 square-feet of additional air rights which could be transferred to adjacent new apartment development projects.
The co-brokers for this transaction were Yardeni Investments Corp. and Kreisel Corp.
