Yale Robbins offers new on-line services
Real Estate Weekly, Sept 22, 1993
Yale Robbins, Inc., a New York Citybased real estate research consulting and publishing firm, has made its Office Buildings directories available on computer with the release of its OBII computer database for IBM PC-compatible computers. OBII gives contacts, mailing addresses and phone numbers of the managing agents of more than 3,000 office buildings in Manhattan, Westchester County and the Hudson Valley, Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.
This user-friendly resource offers comprehensive information on more than 660 million square-feet of prime office space. With OBII, executives can search for and sort data on every building found in Office Buildings by a number of different parameters. In addition, executives can also generate lists of managing label-creating functions for direct marketing.
The company is also now offering a new data service for real estate professionals. The computer-generated service, called "Computrak," is based on the company's successful Condo Sales Report monthly newsletter. "Computrak" reports, assembled on request, can provide detailed, up-to-date information on any of the more than 30,000 condominium sales transactions conducted in Manhattan since 1982 - usually within 24 to 48 hours or less.
When brokers, owners and managers seek sales information on a particular building or area, "Computrak" can provide a report custom-tailored to meet your individual requirements. All of the data in the report can be categorized by year, sale price, time period or apartment room count. "Computrak" can also track average prices in any category (per square foot, per room, etc.) for any specified period of time.
