EAB takes 2 branch leases

Koeppel Tener Riguardi, Inc. (KTR), negotiated the leasing of two retail bank branches for the European American Bank (EAB) with a combined aggregate rental value in excess of $11 million. KTR managing director Robert Flippin represented EAB.
At 120 Broadway, EAB is leasing an 11,000-square-foot branch office on the ground floor in a long-term transaction with an aggregate rental value in excess of $5 million. The space was formerly occupied by Barclay's Bank.
Flippin of KTR also negotiated an extension/renewal lease for the EAB branch at 800 Third Avenue for an aggregate rental value in excess of $6 million.
