3 retailers sign in Soho

New Spectrum Realty Services, Inc., has placed three prominent retailers in Soho.

Shafrazi Gallery, the New York-based contemporary art gallery, has leased 4,500 square feet of space at 121 Wooster Street between Spring and Prince streets. The long-term lease has an aggregate rent of over $1.6 million.

Tootsi Plohound, the high-fashion Soho-based shoe retailer with three Manhattan locations, has leased a 2,500-square-foot store at 413 West Broadway between Spring and Prince streets for an expanded replacement location. The 10-year lease has an aggregate rent of $1.8 million.

Finally, Poltrana Frau, the exclusive Italy-based leather furniture retailer, has leased 10,000 square feet of space at 141 Wooster Street between Prince and Houston streets for its flagship New York City location. The 10-year lease has an aggregate rent of $1.5 million.
