COLOGNE, GERMANY

The Show:       ANUGA, held biennially, is known as the world's most
                important trade fair for foods and beverages. Over
                6,000 suppliers and 161,000 visitors from 157 countries
                attended ANUGA 2003. This five-day event is an
                opportunity to introduce new products, increase sales
                and gather information.

USA Pavilion:   Exhibitors in the USA Pavilion benefit from the
                publicity it produces; a business center; bilingual
                staff; conference rooms; a hospitality lounge; and
                assistance with equipment rental, freight forwarding,
                customs, hotel accommodations and media relations.
                During the 2003 exhibition, 120 companies exhibited in
                the USA Pavilion.
