HIV Caregiving Educational Video Series - from I.D.E.A.S. Inc - Brief Article - Product Announcement

I.D.E.A.S., Inc., with funding from the National Institute of Mental Health, has produced a five-part Caregiver Video Education Series for HIV, Solving Care Problems in HIV, which identifies effective interventions for the many varied behavioral difficulties associated with HIV and HIV-associated cognitive impairment. The five training titles in the video series are Coping With Cognitive Issues, Managing Depression, Managing Challenging Behaviors, Managing Repetitive Questioning and Caring for the Caregiver.

Videos were filmed at HIV/AIDS care centers and feature multidisciplinary teams discussing daily challenges and useful psychosocial solutions. The videos come with support material and can be purchased separately or as a series.
