The Stanley Works' Access Technologies Product Group has introduced the Stanley Access Pro-a door automation system designed for resident doors, either existing or new, in long-term care facilities. Click the remote control once, and the door unlocks and opens. Click it again, and the door closes and secures itself automatically.

The system includes a remote control that fits on a key chain and has a Velcro strap for customized mounting, an electric strike locking mechanism that allows the door to be locked at all times, a door operation system with a cosmetically appealing cover and a plug-in transformer that provides power to the system.
