Health-Tec[TM] Hospital-Level Surface Disinfectant from Premier Marketing, Inc., is an alcohol-free, nonflammable product that has a universal kill time of 10 minutes or less on TB, HBV, HIV, Staphylococcus, Salmonella, and E. coli.
