Sunrise Medical has introduced a line of soft casegoods for resident suites. The Joerns[R] Avalon Collection has been specifically designed for special-need residents, offering a combination of strength, beauty, and practicality to ensure safety and overall satisfaction.

The wide bullnose edges on the Avalon Collection help reduce resident injuries from accidental burnps, while the contrasting edge color assists dementia residents with identifying the top edge. Soft pulls on the doors and drawers easily flex to enhance resident safety.

The collection offers eight pieces--from bedside cabinets to TV armoires to wardrobes--with two color combinations. An extra-low height, two-drawer bedside cabinet is used with low beds, and a passive lock system is available that limits resident access to all drawers except the top one.
