The C-MATT[TM] Comfort Mattress from Casco Manufacturing Solutions is a versatile, multiuse mattress designed for healthcare settings, where comfort and easy cleaning are primary concerns.

Construction features include a 6-thick mattress with 4" resilient base foam, a 2" resilient topper foam, and a firm perimeter edge using high-density 100% virgin polyurethane foam. The distinctive one-piece Clamshell[TM] cover makes cleaning and changeovers simple and efficient, and it is color-coded to represent different functions provided by the top and bottom halves of the cover. The Clamshell cover and foam core are each available as replacement parts to replace worn-out mattress components.

The C-MATT Comfort's top cover, constructed of shear-resistant nylon fabric, is nonallergenic, fluid and abrasion resistant, has antimicrobial properties that combat mildew and fungus, and exhibits a high MVP transmission rate of 400 mg/[m.sup.2] per 24 hours. It also features a built-in waterfall flap that covers a single zipper, preventing fluid intrusion into the foam core. It is fully wipeable for disinfecting.

The bottom cover, made of durable tri-laminate Herculex II[R] vinyl fabric, features antimicrobial protection and uses a special vented coverlet assembly that prevents moisture buildup. All bottom cover seams are fluid-proof.

The mattresses measure 351/2" wide and 6" deep and come in standard lengths of 80" and 84".
