Plante & Moran Swartz Group has developed MxManage Real Time to optimize Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and improve therapy efficiency. MxManage Real Time, an Internet-based MDS analysis service program, enables administrators to obtain correct reimbursement, provide the right staffing level, and help pinpoint deficiencies that can affect certification, as well as reimbursement.

Within minutes of submitting MDS data, administrators can review the current case-mix score, ADL scores, and reimbursement levels; evaluate therapy performance, efficiency, and use of optimization strategies; and review and compare individual resident data. Color comparison charts and graphs, such as QIs or the case-mix history over the past four quarters, can be generated.
