Q: Can we bill a glucose charge on the same claim form as therapy and prosthetics, or does the glucose need to be on a separate claim?

A: Bill the glucose charge on the same claim form as therapy and prosthetics. Submit all Medicare Part B charges with the same bill type on the same UB-92 form. Otherwise, you run the risk of having overlapping bill dates.
