Apollo's Space Performer[TM] modular bathing system allows a facility to select features according to its budget and its residents' needs. For nonambulatory residents, the Level Glide[TM] transfer system provides safe transfers in and out of the tub and eliminates the need for resident lifts. A weigh scale also can be added to eliminate multiple transfers. The rapid-fill reservoir fills the tub in 65 seconds and automatically re-fills it for the next bath. The Remedy[R] water purification system continuously kills bacteria that wash off residents' bodies, and has been proven to help decrease the chances of residents contracting nosocomial infections. The Remedy also eliminates the standard 10-minute between-bath disinfection step.
