Briggs Corporation's MDS 2.0 User's Manual contains the full text of the 2003 edition of the CMS Long-Term Care Facility Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) User's Manual, designed into an easy-to-use reference tool. Its 71/2" x 9" format features section tabs, two-color print, and enhanced graphics for quick and easy reference. Item-by-item instructions to complete the Correction Form are included, as well as State Agency Contacts that include each contact's title, address, phone number, and e-mail address.
