Pinnacle Consulting Group, Inc., a provider of information technology and healthcare software solutions, has announced the release of the eStaffTrak[TM] software system, capable of tracking employees for mandated and nonmandated in-service. It is designed to reduce healthcare in-service administration time and inaccuracies by automating in-service coordination, simplifying scheduling of in-service, and updating certification notification. eStaffTrak automates alerts for upcoming in-service classes and employee license/certification expiration and provides for customization to meet individual requirements. It also offers a comprehensive reporting system. Because of eStaffTrak's many features, fewer transactions need to be evaluated manually and more complete, accurate data is provided when evaluation is required.
