Colonial Medical Assisted Devices of Nashua, New Hampshire, has introduced the 12-Handle Transfer Turner, with six handles on each side. The Transfer Turner allows residents to be moved without rolling up the sheet under the resident. It greatly reduces the risk of back injury to the healthcare worker while maintaining resident safety. It also can be used to turn or reposition a resident.
