Online consumers may be worried about the rights and privacy of children under 18, but they don't want anything done about it. That's according to a survey by @plan Institute for Online Commerce, which found that although 78 percent online adults and 77 percent of online parents are "very concerned" about it, 67 percent of respondents do not want government regulators or the industry to control Internet content.
Rather, they feel ifs the responsibility of the parent to monitor children's Web material.
