The Federal Reserve Board announced on December 6, the termination of the provision that addressed Year 2001) readiness of the Written Agreement by and among First Utah Bancorp, the First Utah Bank, and Premier Data Corporation, all of Salt Lake City, Utah, and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.

The Federal Reserve Board, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the National Credit Union Administration, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and the Office of Thrift Supervision announced on December 13, 1999, the termination of the May 21, 1999, Agreement with TransAlliance, L.P., Bellevue, Washington. The Agreement addressed the Year 2000 readiness of TransAlliance's electronic funds transfer services.
