Federal Reserve Bulletin, March, 2000
The Federal Reserve Board announced the appointment of Edgar A. Martindale as Assistant Director in the Division of Reserve Bank Operations and Payment Systems (RBOPS). Mr. Martindale began working in the System in 1966 and has been in RBOPS as part of the System Interchange Program, on leave of absence from Federal Reserve Information Technology.
