SSCI Immediacy Index for Finance Journals over the Period 1995-1997 (Ranked by the 1997 Immediacy Index)
The journals are ranked by the 1997 immediacy index and the journal's ranking for each year is provided in the table below the index value. The immediacy index is published by the Social Sciences Citation Index Journal Citation Report and measures how quickly citations to a specific journal appear in the published literature. The immediacy index is calculated as the average number of times that an article published in a specific year within a specific journal is cited over the course of that same year.
