CORRECTION - Correction Notice

The graphic titled "Dimension and Levels of Internal Control" on page 43 of David Crawford's "Levels of Control" (October 2000) contains a color-coding error in the "Time" dimension. The colors in this portion of the chart should have been reversed to correspond to the levels of internal control as follows:
