IABC to launch market research project
Communication World, Jan-Feb, 2004
Responding to initiatives outlined by the IABC executive board in its new strategic plan, IABC, in cooperation with the IABC Research Foundation and Mercer Human Resource Consulting, is undertaking a market research project in early 2004 to identify and understand the current and emerging service needs and interests of IABC members.
An investigation of membership growth drivers outside North America will be an important part of the project. The research will involve a broad cross section of IABC's global membership and will include qualitative and quantitative aspects, including focus groups and online and print surveys.
Results will be compiled mid-year and used to improve services to members and to stimulate growth of the association.
