Story scrapbooks: tools for engagement

Story scrapbooks have a dual purpose in organizations: to create a conversation piece that encourages open communication; and to capture key stories, examine the connections between them and transfer knowledge within a group or organization. Clients have told me that scrapbook projects have helped them increase the quality of communication among employees and management, and create a greater willingness among employees to share information, among other benefits.
