IABC's 2003-2004 Chair Stephanie Griffiths has bestowed the 2004 Chairman's Award to Karen Horn, senior director of employee commitment for Cisco Systems, in San Jose, Calif.
The Chairman's Award recognizes a special IABC volunteer who has demonstrated initiative, leadership and a willingness to contribute to the association on the international level and to the communication profession in general.
