"Start the Conversation" (CW, July/August 2004) needs to be read by everybody. It's an outstanding piece, and Sheri Rosen, you should be congratulated.

I really enjoyed the conference coverage in CW (July/August 2004). The photos popped and were upbeat. I was struck by the headline of the conference coverage, "Challenging Times: Communicators Stand Up for Business Ethics ..." which directly spoke to the range of controversies that have surfaced in business and government and how we as business communicators have to "grab the tiger by the tail." Great job!
